The house is accessible by car, on a rough makeshift road over the hill. These makeshift roads that cross the island hills are somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) and can change significantly due to the influence of weather conditions eg rain – this can worsen the condition of the road much, for this reason, these roads are not passable for lowered cars.

Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.

The water tank holds 35.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Fresh bed linen and bathroom towels arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available, therefore please bring your own. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger.

Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. The device for which this card is purchased works as a hot spot.

The Island of Pasman is only a 10 min ferry-ride away from Biograd na moru (the ferries are going more then 10 times a day).

On the Island of Pasman you will find many small picturesque villages, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, historical monuments, natural beauties such us stunning sandy beaches (the biking road stretches along the whole island, offering you breathtaking views to the islands towards the Kornati national park).

This accommodation unit on the base floor can host up to 4 persons.

It has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a living room with a couch, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen – equipped with cutlery and crockery, cooking stove with baking oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, water cooker and dishwasher. It has free Wi-Fi internet, TV with international programs, air-conditioning in every room.

Bed linen and bathroom towels for guests are ready to use, beach towels are not included so please bring your own.

The apartment has two terraces with garden furniture, one in the front and another behind the house. There is also a barbecue and a spacious parking lot, free to use for the guests of this accommodation unit.
