House Duje is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay Zincena. On its 35 m2 inner space contains a 2 bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe-closet, open kitchen equipped with cutlery and crockery, with gas cooker (2 burners) and one electrical fridge-freezer, bathroom with bathroom shower, wash-basin and toilet. The terrace of 60 m2 is three quarter covered and one quarter sunny terrace, equipped with garden table and deck chairs. This house may accommodate up to 4 persons. There is also an outdoors barbecue available. This is a pet-friendly accommodation<\/strong>\u00a0– pets are on request and against surcharge welcome (5,00 EUR per day per pet).<\/p>\n

The house is accessible by car, on a rough makeshift road over the hill. These makeshift roads that cross the island hills are somewhat coarse (gravel \/ earth) and can change significantly due to the influence of weather conditions eg rain – this can worsen the condition of the road much, for this reason, these roads are not passable for lowered cars.<\/p>\n

Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.<\/p>\n

The water tank holds 35.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Fresh bed linen and bathroom towels arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available, therefore please bring your own. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver\u00b4s license). We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger.<\/p>\n

Guests can have\u00a0WiFi internet<\/strong>\u00a0in the house with a purchase of a prepaid card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. The device for which this card is purchased works as a hot spot.<\/p>\n
